“Croquette" is the French name for crispy fish, meat, or vegetable patties. Traditionally they're deep fried, but in this recipe we've baked the salmon patties instead. They're just as crispy and tasty, but easier and healthier.

*Dilled Sour Cream Sauce: Mix 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried), 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste.
