Candied Sweet Potatoes
Sweet and tasty, candied sweet potatoes are an American favorite.
Instructions:1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In medium bowl combine all ingredients; stir to mix well.
2. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Stir; continue baking 5 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and potatoes are heated through.
Tips & Substitutions:* An 11x7-inch rectangular or 8-inch square baking dish can be used.
