1. Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl combine all ingredients except ½ cup ketchup. Mix well, using hands if necessary. Divide mixture evenly into two 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pans. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
2. Bake 70 to 75 minutes or until center of meatloaf reaches 160°F. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Tip: This recipe can easily be cut in half.
