Breakfast in Minutes
This quick skillet breakfast is a delicious favorite for everyone...make it for someone you love!
Time-To-Table: 15 minutes  
Serves: 8

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 cup fully cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Better'n Eggs®
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • chopped green onion, if desired

Instructions:
    1. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add Simply Potatoes, ham and onions. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

    2. Stir together Better’n Eggs® and milk in medium bowl; pour into skillet. Reduce heat to medium; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until Better’n Eggs® are set but still moist. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion if desired.

    Tip: *Substitute 8 eggs, lightly beaten.
