Roasted Garlic and Herb Potatoes

Rosemary and garlic perfectly season these easy to make roasted potatoes.

Instructions:

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. Combine Simply Potatoes, garlic and rosemary in casserole dish. Pour butter over Simply Potatoes; stir gently to coat.

2. Cover; bake 30 minutes, stirring gently halfway through baking. Remove from oven. Sprinkle Simply Potatoes with Parmesan cheese and salt; stir gently. Continue baking, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and light golden brown.


Tips & Substitutions:

* A 9-inch square baking dish can be used for a 2 ½ quart casserole baking dish.
